Here at Haagenson’s Catering and Ribslayer to go, (R.T.G. is our take out shop) we cook on a competition-level barbeque cooker/smoker called the Ribslayer, it makes food taste more distinct and have true barbeque flavor more than anywhere else. Not a Charcoal taste or pellet flavored. This is authentic wood-smoked barbeque low and slow. The 8900 pound unit at 25 feet can cook over 1000 pounds of meat at a time making it one of the largest in the Portland area. Stop by and taste the real deal! Ribslayer To Go opened early August 2006 offering hardy beef brisket and barbeque pork sandwiches, tender custom cut pork spare ribs, pit-roasted chicken with tasty sides, salads and daily specials.
Ribslayer To Go is located at 575 NE 2nd Street across from the United Methodist Church; look for the bright yellow wall.
