Co-owner and Chef, Craig Haagenson brings 20 plus years of experience in food service as a manager of corporate food service at Sodexho as well as a banquet chef for Hyatt Corporation and numerous stints in fine dining kitchens in the California Bay Area.
In addition, he attended the City College of San Francisco's Hotel and Restaurant Program, the San Francisco Culinary Academy with extended education classes as well as the CIA in Napa Valley for BBQ and cheese specialties.
Craig has followed his dream and blended culinary passion with excellent service. His love of barbeque provides customers with a unique blend of Oregon inspired cuisine year round.
